The story of the Indian client and his model prefab bathroom unit

On September 19, 2024, Mr. Zhou of the Engineering Department went to Wuhu, Anhui Province, to greet Indian customers. The customer ordered a set of Xuzy prefab bathroom unit which material is ceramic sheet. The customer wanted to see how it was installed, and during the period,  customer himself also starts to install and learn.

After the installation was completed, the customer took a break. On the next day, he follows Mr. Zhou to the Suzhou office, and they have coffee with the sales manager to discuss the installation details, the problems encountered and how to deal with these problems next. Finally, they take a photo together, and then Mr. Zhou sends the customer to the airport for the return trip. The communication was successfully concluded!
