The marine integrated bathroom has successfully completed the trial installation.

Recently, the DanYang Ship Equipment Production Base successfully completed the trial installation and comprehensive testing of a batch of customized marine integrated bathrooms (marine modular sanitary units). All product indicators met the standards and are ready for packaging and delivery to the customers.

The marine integrated bathroom is a dedicated prefabricated integrated module for ships. It integrates interior wall panels, waterproof base plates, sanitary ware, water and electricity facilities, ventilation systems, anti-corrosion and anti-slip structures. Before leaving the factory, it undergoes multiple rigorous tests such as water pressure sealing, swaying simulation, and salt spray anti-corrosion. It complies with IMO maritime regulations and classification society standards, and is suitable for the special usage environment of high salt, humidity, and turbulence at sea.

During this trial installation period, the R&D personnel strictly followed the cabin drawings for assembly and debugging, conducting item-by-item checks on flatness, pipeline sealing, circuit safety, and seismic structure. They also simulated the ship's tilting condition to conduct stability tests and passed the internal acceptance inspection in one go. For this product, it only requires the connection of the main water and electricity pipes for installation, which can shorten the outfitting period by more than 60%, save on on-site labor, and reduce leakage and repair issues. This trial installation was successfully completed, laying the foundation for mass production and timely delivery.
