Danyang, Jiangsu – Following strict pre-shipment inspection, a new batch of high-quality prefabricated bathroom pods (bathroom modules) has finished professional packaging at COZYINTL’s Danyang manufacturing base, marking the next step of delivery to overseas clients.

Each bathroom pod is fully pre-assembled in our workshop, with plumbing, electrical systems, waterproofing and finishing completed in-house before packing. To withstand long-distance ocean transportation, every unit is fixed into a sturdy export wooden crate. The reinforced timber frame, cross bracing design and tension strapping offer strong shock resistance, avoiding damage during forklift handling, container loading and sea transit.

Our factory team follows export packaging standards carefully. Transparent reserved windows on the wooden case allow quick visual check of the pod condition without unpacking. Equipped with bottom pallet bases, the pods are easy for forklift loading into shipping containers, streamlining the whole logistics process from factory to port, then to destination projects across Europe.
